Sway Bars

Sway Bar / Rear additional Sway Bar

The Cusco anti-sway bars replace the factory anti-sway bars, (if equipped) and uses the factory mounting locations.  The Cusco anti-sway bar will dramatically reduce body roll since its stiffness is greater than the factory bar or if the vehicle is not equipped with one.  The larger diameter and steel strength bar give the Cusco bar more resistance against torsion, which helps keep the vehicle stabilized during cornering and reduces weight transfer.

FEATURES
Designed for simple installation and set-up (if adjustable).
Solid or hollow internal structure. (Depends on vehicle application)
Can be used with factory hardware or included Cusco hardware, bushings and end links.

BENEFITS
Increased stability while cornering as well as during high speed lane changes. Minimizes excessive shock absorber stroke to enable a sharper handling characteristic. Also enables correction of under or oversteer with proper utilization of this component.

ADJUSTABLE & NON-ADJUSTABLE
CUSCO Provides two types, adjustable and non-adjustable. The adjustable type allows high or low settings with ease. Stabilizes your high speed driving, and sharpens the cornering performance.

REAR ADDITIONAL SWAY BARS
Cusco offers rear additional sway bars for vehicles not originally equipped with anti-sway bars.  These can minimize unwanted sway or rolling movement without sacrificing a comfortable ride.

Sway Bar End Link

Proper end links may be necessary to fully realize the potential of your anti-sway bars.  Cusco has changed the bushing compound at each joint to provide more stiffness, in some cases, depending on application (drifting versus rally).  By having stiffer links, the energy transfer through the suspension components, particularly the sway bars, is better controlled by the sway bar setting or stiffness.  This twisitng motion pulles on the end links and the hardware holding it all together compresses the bushings.

Another feature on some end links are adjustibility. This allows the distance between the chassis and the end of the sway bar to be adjusted for the desired outcome.
