Being less affected by the heat, carbon disk does not bend while the conventional metal disk bends and looses smooth disengagement. And carbon material has specific friction/temp rate characteristic and High-heat resistance, which provides the longer wear in better maneuver, compared to other conventional clutches.
CUSCO "Pull Type" Clutch Systems do not require the "Pull to Push" conversion adapter kit unlike the ones of other companies. It will provide you an advantage of proper and easier installation, also with higher reliability and durability through out the whole life of the clutch system. "Bolt-on Design" also supports these advantages and benefits you gain from CUSCO Clutch Systems.

Carbon rich facing used on the disc with ventilated type center plate.
The self leveling system balances equal wear on both the flywheel side and transmission side of the disc to promote longer clutch life.

SUPER SINGLE CLUTCH SYSTEM
A light maneuver is required even with a high performance clutch. The super single clutch has the diaphragm lever ratio modified for a light pedal operation as any sporty clutch on the market.
Material interface and size matching has been made possible by mass production. Designed and developed from zero, high performance and easy use has been compatible at a high level.
With CUSCO's original setting of the diaphragm lever ratio, we have realized a pressure figure of 1280kg/f (12550N/f) and capable of handling 400ps and 40kg/f output.
