2013 APRC Rd. 1 Rally of Whangarei NZ Info
The 2013 season of the Asia Pacific Rally Championships kicks off May 17th-19th in the northern islands of Wangharei New Zealand. The Cusco Racing teams and their vehicles is as follows:
Team Sumiyama / Kase - Subaru Impreza WRX STi
Team Muta / Yasui - Subaru Impreza WRX STi
There are also additional teams that we support and is always a great pleasure to have them with us.
Team Young / Wilson - Toyota Vitz RS

The vehicles have landed in New Zealand and the testing begins:
Michael Young Daniel Wilson in the Toyota Vitz RS
The Ceremonial Start begins. The course consists of two 33km for a total of 139km with 8 special stages. This is Asakura's first time driving in a rally competition overseas from Japan, so expect the unexpected! Michael Young in the new Toyota Vitz felt comfortable and literally at home since he currently resides in New Zealand.
